This company is so amazing. I’ve tried other cleaners and we had to come back to them. In Lake Mary, every cleaner was amazing and thorough. Now, in east Orlando, I’ve had an amazing deep cleaning for our space with this team. Our cleaner yesterday was phenomenal. Amazing experience with this company. They came within the time slotted for their arrival. The Lead Cleaner introduced herself and her teammate and went over which rooms were going to be cleaned and that products being used are animal friendly to appease my mind as I had 3 dogs. They were very thorough and professional I would not hesitate to hire them again. My bathroom glass door which I have repeatedly used products on with no success was sparkling clean that reminded me of how hotel bathrooms were! They cleaned my fans and dusted all furnitures and mop my floors as well.  After they were done they came to me and asked if I everything was to my liking which I really appreciate. I got a TTB Deluxe Cleaning, which I highly recommend as your first service if you’re thinking about continuing with bi-weekly cleanings. The staff was wonderful - so kind, attentive to detail, and incredibly thorough. She cleaned my couch, made all the beds in the house, dusted every photo, the TV, the blinds, the tops of my kitchen cabinets, the light fixtures, and of course all the fans. She also vacuumed with the most pleasant scent that filled my entire home - my neighbor even stopped by and commented on how amazing it smelled. She mopped my floors, was very professional, and I really appreciated that she didn’t use any harsh chemical cleaners, which made it feel safe for both my kids and pets. I received a three hour house cleaning service generously donated by Gold Maids through the charity Cleaning for a Reason.  Stephanie showed up on time and discussed cleaning options with me. She provided exceptional service, my shower tiles and glass doors looked like they were newly installed. The products she used were non toxic and odor free, which I definitely appreciated. Update from my previous review after a second visit: They are improving by the minute, they took care exceptionally of a few things they didn’t worked well on the first visit, really happy with the results. Really good company. Good communication, punctual, very professional employees. Very good with after service follow up. Did a fantastic job of cleaning out my apartment after I moved. I had stained the carpet with some Emergency C powder, and they were able to even clean it up well enough after several months later.
