This form is required to reschedule a One-Time or Recurring Cleaning or to skip a Recurring Cleaning service.

Schedule Change Policy

Rescheduling/Cancellation:

We charge 50% fee of the price of the service or estimated price of the service for cancellations made with less than 48 business hours notice. Same day cancelation or 24 hours before the service, we charge the full price of the cleaning or the estimated price.

Skip cleaning:

We understand sometimes it will happen. We will have to charge $50 extra fee though on the following cleaning to compensate for the extra time we will need to do the work, the “catch up cleaning”.
